Now, here is how I roll out a SALAD……….

Salad, one of my favorite FOODS FOR FUEL.  Who said a salad needs to be boring………..not me!  This one is filled with romaine lettuce, butternut lettuce, red leaf lettuce, and plenty of kale.  Plenty of tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado, hard boiled egg, raisins, and cucumber.

This is one of my favorite ways to RESET my appetite 🙂 and nourish my body.  After a day full of activities, I always take the time to RESET my muscles as well with FUNCTIONAL FLEXIBILITY.  You should too. 😉
