Flexibility conditioning done properly, you have the potential to increase your ability to maximize your strength and stability within yourself.
The ultimate goal is to increase our overall functional flexibility….the body’s ability to react against motion. This is determined by how well it responds…………if it is tight, movement can be restricted, eventually leading to injuries.
