West Neck Village Fitness Fun Schedule

May brings “RESTORATIVE STRETCH”

Come join us!!! All Fitness Levels are encouraged and welcomed as modifications and appropriate levels of intensity will be instructed throughout our session; which is held in the activities room at 12 noon every Thursday.

Village Hall to Reopen (with limitations). Please refer to the “Village Hall Announcements’ for protocols.
I will continue to take extra precautions to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
We are in this together and I will continue to make the necessary changes that prioritize your well being and safety at all times.

2 classes $26—4 classes $44—8 classes $72— $75 if paying by credit card. No expiration date. Transferrable.

No membership required! You can come out and participate on a class to class basis. $15 per class. Invest in your WELLBEING.
Please bring your own individual mat and perhaps a pillow prop for comfort to make your experience more enjoyable.
