Wow, How Proud am I of my CI Travel Group!

CI Travel took me on as their FIT PRO to design and implement a wellness program for their team, and we just had their 8 week measures!  As an advocate for better health and wellness, I am beaming with pride right now!  My team at CI Travel has been willing, eager, and open to embrace my guidance and they have all implemented all or some of my suggested tools to achieve these fantastic results.

These averages are per person:

Sum of skin folds lost is 11.45

Fat Weight lost is 5.90 pounds

Lean muscle weight gained 1.56

Fat % Lost 1.728%

Inch loss 7.03 inches

Scale Weight lost 7.05 pounds

I am so incredibly proud to be apart of this amazing team.  This is our first step.  Their  journey has officially begun and I am here to guide them, to encourage them, and to lay out their maps that will lead them to their own personal successes.

Wellness is not only achieved through training hard.  It is about consistency, putting in the time and the effort to make lifestyle changes.  A little bit every day leads you to a greater whole.  You have time, you have a lifetime.

Not only have we had sessions on exercise training, but we have also addressed nutrition, better food choices and what I emphasize, FLEXIBILITY TRAINING.

If the body is in pain, or if we feel restricted within ourselves, we are usually not inclined to move, never mind exercise.

As the team has encountered “issues” within their bodies during training, we address them, and I guide them in how to manage the particular issue.

Sessions that have been developed:

Stretch for back health

Neck and Shoulder Care

Foot Health

MSR Techniques

Understanding and alleviating  Plantar Fasciitis

Last but not least FUNCTIONAL FLEXIBILITY!

We are all multi faceted, unique, 3 dimensional beings.  Our wellness program should be that as well.  BALANCE.

Would you put your best foot forward and give 100% if you were in pain or restricted?  Address the issue that is holding you back and you will move forever.

Yours in Health,

Kirsten

Congratulations to all of your people – and well done to you! They are luck to have you fighting for them!
