Downward Dog Core!
Beginning in a plank position. Walk your hands back in the direction of your feet until you reach an inverted V or and upside down V. Make sure your hands and feet are firmly planted on the ground. With your legs straight, reach your left hand toward and behind your right ankle. Really reach. Do as many as you are comfortable with, with your #1 goal being proper form and body alignment.
