FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE for August 2021

Mondays     @ 8:00 a.m.  Park and Play   

                @ 5:15 p.m. Stretching for optimal wellbeing

Tuesdays   @7:45 a.m. “having a BALL with the FOAM ROLLER” (bring your foam roller and two tennis balls)

Wednesdays   @7:30 a.m. ROPES / SLAMS & MORE (55 MIN)

                   @ 5:15 Stretching for optimal wellbeing  

Beginning the second weekend of August:

Weekend classes are available upon request with a 5 person minimum.

Catered Classes available for PRIVATE in HOME, VIRTUAL, or ON SITE. ( please inquire).

COME PLAY!  All classes are CO-ED and all fitness levels welcomed.  As a seasoned FIT PRO, modifications are always given, motivation driven and encouragement given for you to CONQUER what I know you can achieve.                                                          

You are asked to bring your own water, mat, blanket, beach towel, and (ground covering of choice for your own personal space and comfort 😉 Classes will always be outside; therefore, they are weather dependent. The only thing canceling class would be rain!  Dress accordingly.

Drop in for $10 or purchase an 8 class punch card for $72

Classes are at “no cost” to Private Personal Training Clients
