Power Lunch 101
Mixed baby greens. Butternut lettuce, red leaf lettuce, spinach. Top with fresh mango, apples, blue berries, sweet green peas, feta, raisins, hard boiled eggs with yolk removed and some tuna. Don’t like tuna? Any lean protein will do. Whatever you like but keep it at 4 oz.
