How do I get my Cardio in During the Holidays?
Busy holiday times are upon us and food temptations everywhere. With a house full of guests or a travel itinerary that is a mile long, how in the world am I getting to the gym to get my cardio in?
Jump Rope! That will get you from zero to a hundred in nothing flat. Jump hard for 10 minutes and give yourself a pat on the back for a 20 minute jog. An inexpensive tool like a jump rope packs a powerful calorie zapping punch.
As you get your endurance up, change up your basic jump rope to a weighted one. shazzabamb!
