Bringing Sexy BACK!
Battling Ropes! That is my go to for a sexy back. Sexy everything actually. From a squatting position, hold ends of rope in each hand and pretend you are playing the drums. Begin with 10 seconds of hard drum playing, staying out of your neck and shoulders, and try to isolate your biceps. 10 seconds off. Slowly increase your time on and respectively your time off. Now PLAY.
